Ingredients :
- 100 gr rice crispy
- 4 spoon blueberry jam
- 400 gr white chocolate, cut into pieces
- 2 spoon fresh butter
How to make :
- Melt white cooking chocolate in a flat pan containing hot water. Add fresh butter. Stirr butter until dissolved.
- Pour it into rice crispy. Stirr smoothly. Add blueberry jam. Stirr once, when the tinge seen, stop.
- Pour into 24×24 cm brass mold with alumunium foil layered. Tight it, then freeze it.
- Cut into 4×3 cm size.
- Serve.

Alphabet Nut cookies
Ingredients :
- 150 gr fresh cold butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 100 gr sugar flour
- 2 egg yolk
- 100 grams of peeled peanuts, roast, refined, chilled
- 175 grams of mid proteins wheat flour
- 30 grams of maize
- 1/2 teaspon of baking powder
Coating ingredients :
- 1 egg white
- 150 gr sugar flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of lemon water
- 1 drops of pink dye
- 1 drops of blue dye
- 2 drops of yellow dye
How to make :
- Shake fresh butter, salt, and sugar flour for 30 seconds. Add yolk. Shake it smoothly until all ingredients blended.
- Insert peanuts. stirr it average. Add wheat flour, maize, and baking powder, stirr and strained.
- Grind mixture 1 / 2 cm thin. Print the form letter. Put on the brass soiled with margarine.
- Baked 20 minutes with the 150 celcius degrees oven temperature. Chilled.
- Coating: shake egg white until half swell. Add Sugar flour a little bit while shaken up thick. Enter the orange juice lemon. Average shake.
- Separate into 4 parts. One added the pink dye, one added the blue dye, one added yellow dye, and left the rest white.
- Layer the top with colored coating. Give motif on above. Dry it.
